1. Start with a piece of washi paper
cut to a 5 1/2" circle.
2. Fold in half
3. Fold in half to make a quarter
4. Open sheet and roll into a tube.
(Note the location of the fold lines)
5. Tape tube. Try not to over lap ends.
6a. On the backside, push in along fold line.
6b. Fold view.
7. Apply tape or glue here
8. Squeeze together till tape or glue sets.
