Hanko Designs strives meet your full satisfaction.  If for any reason you find a problem with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (contact information).  If you leave us a message, please insure you include your name, telephone number, and the "exact nature of your call" for a prompt response.

- Save all packing material and packaging container for use if a return is necessary.
- Pack all returned products securely. 
- Please be sure to enclose your name, address, and phone number with any return.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us.

Attention International Buyers:
International orders are shipped at the Buyers risk. We (Hanko Designs) assume no responsibility for lost or stolen orders.  Please check with your local Postal Office to inquire on Late or Missing orders.
