Shipping Time: We normally process orders in 5 to 7 working days of receipt. Due to capacity of our business, it may take more than 8 working days in busy periods. Please contact us if you need an order delivered by a specific date. Backorders: If an item is Out of Stock, we MAY Backorder the item and ship it when it returns to stock. You will be advised on your Invoice of any backorders. Please advise if you do not want us to backorder items on your order. Retail Orders shipping within the
United States and Territories, will be shipped via U.S. Mail unless otherwise specified. Larger orders
may ship via UPS ground. If requested, orders can shipped via
Overnight or 2nd day "express" services (subject to inventory availability).
Addition shipping & handling charges will apply to "express" and/or
